HEAT-RESISTANT glue

Special heat-resistant adhesive based on refractory mineral filler and modified additives, designed for stoves and fireplaces, masonry and chimney repair. Plastic mass that is easy to apply and spread over the surface.

APPLICATION: Before applying the adhesive, thoroughly clean the surface of old paint, adhesive, plaster, dust, loose layers, and clean the joints. When bonding a poorly absorbent surface, it is recommended to make 2-3 mm deep cuts on the surface to be bonded and to use a heat-resistant primer to improve adhesion to the surface. Highly absorbent surfaces must be pre-moistened with water. Loose and poorly structured surfaces should be reinforced with a heat-resistant primer. Fill the joints after 24-48 hours using a heat-resistant filler. It is not recommended to use the adhesive on heated or plastered surfaces. The product may thicken, but thorough mixing will restore its normal working consistency.

COVERAGE: approximately 1 l/2-3 m² if the layer thickness is 2-5 mm.

DRYING TIME: Initial setting time of the adhesive is 30-50 minutes. Final hardening occurs after 24-48 hours, depending on the absorbency of the surface, ambient temperature and thickness of the applied layer. The treated surface can be exposed to high temperatures after 10-15 days.

STORAGE: Store in the original packaging at a temperature above 0ºC for approximately – see label. Do not allow to freeze. Stir thoroughly before use.
