Thin thermal insulation for insulating building structures in places where the use of traditional insulation materials is difficult – window frames, walls behind heating radiators, panel building joints, metal structures, heating pipes, hot and cold water pipes, cold bridges, elimination of condensation, etc. The coating has increased adhesion to metal and limits corrosion.

COMPOSITION AND APPLICATION: The product is intended for creating a heat-insulating coating on various surfaces. The unique properties of the product are its increased adhesion to various surfaces and high coating elasticity. The thermal insulation effect is achieved thanks to the ceramic microspheres contained in the product, which have low thermal conductivity and a high heat dissipation coefficient.

It is especially recommended for use on metal surfaces, as the thermal paint has excellent adhesion to metal, high elasticity and anti-corrosion properties. If painting a highly absorbent surface (concrete, plaster, brick, etc.), it is recommended to prime it beforehand with STAFOR deep primer. Possible examples of use:

  • Metal structures – elimination of cold bridges, protection against corrosion, condensation and reduction of heat loss in buildings.
  • Heating and hot water pipes – reduction of heat loss and protection against corrosion.
  • Cold water pipes – protection against corrosion and prevention of condensation.
  • Air ducts and pipes in air conditioning systems – prevention of condensation, protection against heating/cooling and corrosion.
  • Protection of metal roofs against corrosion, overheating and heat loss reduction.
  • Metal hangars, garages, cisterns, trailers, refrigerators, motor vehicles, boats.
  • Damp rooms – combats condensation and mould. The product serves as a heat insulator and moisture protection membrane.
  • Building plinths, basement walls, window and door frames, loggias, balconies – to reduce heat loss, eliminate cold bridges and provide additional waterproofing.

USE: The surface to be painted must be clean. Apply with a brush or other suitable tool. It is recommended to apply at least 3 coats, allowing each coat to dry (12 hours). If a highly absorbent surface is being treated, it must first be primed with STAFOR deep primer. Mix thoroughly before use. The product may thicken or separate, but thorough mixing will restore its normal working consistency.

CONSUMPTION: 1 litre is sufficient to cover 1-2 m² in 3 coats.

STORAGE: Protect from freezing. Store in a hermetically sealed container. Storage time – see packaging.
