STATERM LONG LIFE additive complex for heat transfer fluid 1:100
The additive complex for heat transfer fluids is designed to restore the operational properties of heat transfer fluids that have been partially lost during use, as well as to prepare heat transfer fluids from STATERM concentrates.
The complex contains anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation, deactivating, stabilising additives and other components that restore the original properties of the heat transfer fluid and extend its effective service life to 2-3 years. Timely addition of the complex significantly extends the service life of circulation pumps, heat exchangers, radiators and other elements of heating systems.
In case of severe operating conditions of the heat transfer fluid (severe initial corrosion of heating system components, significant biological fouling, large salt deposits, high pH level of the environment, local overheating of the system with boiling of the heat transfer fluid), we recommend adding the complex to the heat transfer fluid during the first 15-18 months of operation. Thereafter, we recommend using the complex every 12 months.
The complex mixes well with ethylene glycol (MEG), propylene glycol (MPG) and isopropanol (alcohol) based coolants, and also protects the rubber elements of the heating system from drying out, cracking and leaking.
COMPOSITION: monopropylene glycol, anti-foaming, anti-corrosion, deactivating, stabilising additives, complexing agent, specially prepared water.
PROPERTIES:
- Restores the operational properties of the coolant;
- Protects heating equipment from corrosion;
- Extends the service life of the heat transfer fluid by 2-3 years under normal conditions and by 1 year under severe operating conditions;
- Prevents the formation of limescale deposits on the surfaces of heating system equipment;
- Protects rubber elements of the heating system from drying out, cracking and sealing;
- Mixes well with ethylene glycol (MEG), propylene glycol (MPG) and isopropanol (alcohol) based heat transfer fluids.
RULES OF USE: Add the complex to the heating system and mix thoroughly with the heat transfer fluid. Mixing ratio: 1 litre of the complex is designed for 100 litres of heat transfer fluid.
STORAGE: Store in a tightly closed container at a temperature above 5°C in a dry, well-ventilated room.
