STATERM SOLAR heat transfer fluid for solar collectors

Special environmentally friendly heat transfer fluid designed for filling outdoor solar collectors. The heat transfer fluid has good heat capacity and low viscosity, which reduces the load on pumps. The heat transfer fluid can be used in solar collectors from any manufacturer. Protects the collector from freezing. Extends the service life of the collector.

COMPOSITION: Monopropylene glycol, specially prepared water, anti-corrosion additives, anti-foaming agents, stabilising additives and a range of multifunctional high-quality additives.

PROPERTIES:

• The heat transfer fluid contains a balanced complex of corrosion inhibitors and a number of multifunctional high-quality additives that protect steel, cast iron, copper, brass and duralumin.
• Does not contain nitrites, amines or phosphates;
• The heat transfer fluid does not freeze at temperatures down to -50˚C.
• Protects the collector and its elements from corrosion.
• Does not damage seals;
• Prevents the formation of limescale and other deposits on the surface of the collector;
• Boiling point ~200°C;
• Service life in a solar collector when operating rules are followed is at least 7 years;
• Protects pipelines from biological contamination;
• Environmentally friendly.

APPLICATION: The heat transfer fluid must not be diluted, as it contains a balanced composition of additives. The heat transfer fluid is poured into the solar collector and used in accordance with the instructions for use.

STORAGE: Store in a tightly closed container at a temperature above 5°C in a dry, well-ventilated room. Do not place near sources of fire.

SAFETY MEASURES: When filling the heat transfer fluid into the system or when performing other operations with open containers of heat transfer fluid, it is prohibited to use open flames or smoke.
