Two-component adhesive – putty especially suitable for levelling metal and other surfaces (wood, ceramics, plastics (except PE), glass, concrete), gluing objects and parts. It has particularly good adhesion to metal surfaces, is metallic, silvery-grey in colour, and is easy to level and sand. The adhesive – filler consists of component A – base mass and component B – hardener, which are mixed in the proportions specified for mixing.
USE: the surfaces to be treated must be clean and dry. Metal surfaces must not be oily – they must be degreased with acetone. Before coating metal, it is advisable to treat the surface with sandpaper. Mix components A and B thoroughly. After mixing the components, the adhesive – putty must be used within 5-8 minutes. Apply the adhesive putty and smooth it with a spatula. The adhesive putty hardens within 15-30 minutes, but reaches its maximum hardness after 24 hours. Hardened putty can be sanded and painted.
SAFETY MEASURES: work in well-ventilated areas. Avoid direct contact of the adhesive – filler with skin and eyes. If the adhesive – filler gets on the skin, remove it with a tissue and wash with soap and water.
