RESIN epoxy thick without HARDENER

A formulation consisting of thick, modified epoxy resins. It is used as Component 1 in a two-component system (Component 1 – resin composition, Component 2 – hardener) designed for bonding various materials, such as metal, glass, porcelain, wood, ceramics, etc. It can be used for repairing various mineral surfaces, including concrete and cement-based mixtures.

PROPERTIES:

• Transparent;
• Free from organic solvents;
• Phthalate-free;
• High mechanical strength;
• Resistant to temperature and chemical exposure;
• Good adhesion.

APPLICATION: Surfaces to be treated must be clean, solid and slightly rough. Surface moisture content must not exceed 4%. Do not apply to concrete surfaces until at least 28 days after the concrete has been laid. Components No. 1 and No. 2 must be thoroughly mixed in the correct ratio of 1:0.07. Press the parts to be bonded firmly together, ensuring maximum contact between the bonding surfaces. The optimum adhesive layer thickness is 0.1 mm. Tools and equipment must be rinsed immediately with an acetone-based solvent after use.

CURING TIME: Initial setting time is 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature. Full curing time is approximately 24 hours at room temperature.

STORAGE: Store in the original packaging at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C. The shelf life is indicated on the packaging.
