Ordering goods
All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax. Delivery costs are not included in the price.
Select the product you want in the STAFOR online shop and press the "Add to basket" button.
Once the items you want have been placed in the shopping basket, click on the "Shopping basket" menu at the top of the page. If necessary, make changes to the shopping basket and confirm by clicking the Buy button.
In the next step, please fill in your details with your name, email, phone, delivery address.
Next, specify the method of payment.
You can add special notes to additional comments.
You can pay for any order by bank transfer, credit card, Paypal or online banking.
Confirm your order by clicking the "Order" button.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and our sales manager will contact you to confirm your order, advise you on the correct product, and inform you of the delivery time. The delivery charge is calculated for each order individually based on the delivery address and postcode.

Right of withdrawal
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal and it is not related to the conformity of the goods or services with the terms of the contract, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Goods for which the packaging has been opened or damaged.
- Goods that have been improperly stored.
- Goods with less than 6 calendar months remaining validity.
We guarantee the delivery of a quality product, tinted according to your chosen shade. Please note that the shade you see on the screen or on mobile devices does not always match the shade in nature. We therefore always recommend that you order samples of the shades and try them out to make your choice.
It is your responsibility to store and operate the product in accordance with the Product Description and Safety Data Sheets, which can be obtained by contacting info@stafor.lv and quoting the order number.
