Personal data is any information that can be used to identify an individual. What is the Privacy Policy?
The Privacy Policy is the relationship between STAFOR and an individual (hereinafter also referred to as "User") who contacts STAFOR and/or uses the J Konsult website and/or services provided.
STAFOR is committed to protecting the User's personal data. For what purposes is User Data collected?

What User Data does STAFOR process?
- Name, surname, personal identification number/date of birth, correspondence address, telephone number and email address;
- Bank details, if provided;
- Data that the Customer itself communicates to STAFOR;
- User IP address information;
- Cookies (website browsing data);
- etc. personal data, depending on the type of service provided to the Client.
This information is stored on STAFOR servers located in a secure infrastructure.
When a User interacts with STAFOR services, STAFOR servers maintain a unique activity log for the User's security, which stores certain administrative and traffic information, including:
- IP addresses;
- access times
- access dates
- pages previously visited;
- the language to be used;
- Software error report by browser program used.
This information is important to ensure the quality of the service.
Personal information is not collected without the User's consent.
User data will not be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, but should the need arise, User data may only be transferred to countries that provide the same level of protection for natural persons' data as the European Union.
What means does STAFOR use to collect and process data?
STAFOR may automatically collect the aforementioned data and receive personal data that the User provides when using the Services or otherwise communicating and interacting with the Website. What is the basis for processing Users' personal data?

Service provision - In order for STAFOR to provide quality services to the User, STAFOR must collect and process certain personal data collected from the User on STAFOR's website.
Legitimate interests - in accordance with STAFOR's interests, which are based on providing quality services and timely support to the User, STAFOR has the right to process the User's personal data to the extent objectively necessary and sufficient for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Duration of storage of personal data of users.
STAFOR will process the User's personal data as long as at least one of the following circumstances exists:
- while the User is using the Service;
- the retention period of the personal data is established by or results from the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union;
- to the extent necessary for the pursuit and protection of STAFOR's legitimate interests;
- until the User's consent to the processing of personal data has been withdrawn.
What are the safety conditions?
By using STAFOR's services or by communicating with STAFOR, the User agrees to STAFOR's terms and conditions of service. STAFOR shall provide, continuously review and improve security measures to protect User's personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, disclosure or destruction. To ensure this, STAFOR applies state-of-the-art technology, technical and organizational requirements, including the use of firewalls, intrusion detection, analysis software and data encryption. STAFOR stores all personal information received from the User in a protected database, part of the data being encrypted, the connection of which is protected.
What are the User's rights?
- Contact STAFOR for a copy of the personal data held by STAFOR.
- Correct any personal data STAFOR holds about you,
- The User has the right to obtain information about those natural or legal persons who have received information about the User from STAFOR within a certain period of time. STAFOR will not provide the User with information about public authorities who are the instigators of criminal proceedings, the subjects of operational activities or other authorities about which the law prohibits the disclosure of such information.
- Request erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data the processing of which is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed ("right to be forgotten").
- The user has the right to the portability of his/her personal data.
