EPOREPAIR 5MIN epoxy repair resin

Fast-curing repair resin is a two-component epoxy compound designed for repairing and bonding various materials, including metal, wood, plastic, ceramics, and glass. It can also be used to insulate electronic components. It is particularly well suited for repairing epoxy castings — scratches, air bubbles, and other defects.

FEATURES:

• Transparent with UV protection against yellowing;
• Good adhesion to various surfaces;
• No characteristic odour;
• Short curing time — 5 minutes;
• Resistant to chemical reagents.

APPLICATION: The surfaces to be treated must be clean, solid and slightly rough. The optimum application temperature is +25°C and humidity up to 70% (no more than 85%). If the temperature is below +15°C, the product must be heated to +30°C. Components No. 1 and No. 2 are mixed in a special nozzle in a 1:1 ratio. Tools and equipment must be washed immediately after use with an acetone-based solvent. Safety goggles, gloves and a respirator must be worn during work. DRYING TIME: Drying time at +25°C is approximately 2 minutes. Full curing time is approximately 5 minutes.
STORAGE: In original packaging, at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C. The shelf life is indicated on the packaging.
