EPOTEP epoxy filler
Two-component epoxy filler is designed for levelling various surfaces made of metal, ceramics, plastic (except PE), concrete, wood, for filling cracks, joints and seams, as well as for bonding various materials. The adhesive has high mechanical strength, good adhesion and chemical resistance in aggressive environments. The adhesive consists of component A – the base mass and component B – the hardener, which are mixed in specified proportions.

APPLICATION: The surfaces to be treated must be clean, dry and free of grease. If necessary, the surfaces should be cleaned with alcohol or acetone. Particularly smooth and shiny surfaces should be treated with sandpaper before coating until they become matt. Components A and B are thoroughly mixed in a ratio of A:B = 10:1 (by weight). After mixing the components, the adhesive must be used within 15 minutes, otherwise the unused adhesive will harden. The adhesive is applied with a spatula and smoothed with a spatula dipped in soapy water. The mastic hardens within 2-4 hours, depending on the temperature; at low temperatures, the mastic hardens more slowly. The mastic reaches its maximum hardness after 24 hours. Hardened mastic can be processed – sanded, painted.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: Work in well-ventilated areas. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. If the mastic comes into contact with skin, remove it with a tissue and wash with warm water and soap.
