Special heat-resistant filler is designed for preparing surfaces exposed to high temperatures before painting. It is used for filling surfaces of stoves, ovens and saunas, dampers, chimneys, grills, etc.

FEATURES:

  • Ready to use;
  • Does not emit harmful substances when heated;
  • Resistant to large temperature fluctuations;
  • Low probability of cracking;
  • Good adhesion to the surface and long service life.

APPLICATION: Before filling the surface, it is necessary to clean the plaster from dust, old paint and, if necessary, moisten it. Loose and weakly structured surfaces should be reinforced with a heat-resistant primer. Not recommended for use on wooden, plastic or metal surfaces. The temperature of the surface to be treated should be between +5ºC and +20ºC. The product may thicken, but it can be restored to its normal working consistency by stirring thoroughly.

COVERAGE: Approximately 1 litre/1-3 m² if the layer thickness is 0.5-1.5 mm.

DRYING: The initial setting time of the filler is 1-1.5 hours. Final hardening is determined within 10-24 hours, depending on the absorbency of the surface, the ambient temperature and the thickness of the applied layer. After final hardening, the filler can be sanded, primed and painted. The treated surface can be exposed to high temperatures after 15-20 days.

STORAGE: Store in the original packaging at a temperature above 0ºC for approximately – see label. Do not allow to freeze. Stir thoroughly before use.
