HEAT-RESISTANT plaster
Special heat-resistant plaster based on refractory mineral filler and binder. Used for plastering stoves, stove and bath slabs, dampers, chimneys, grills and other surfaces. Contains reinforcing fibres and special additives that improve anti-cracking, adhesion and plasticity.
FEATURES:
Ready to use;
Easy to use;
High heat resistance up to 350°C;
No restrictions on use in damp rooms;
Low consumption.
APPLICATION: Before applying the plaster, thoroughly clean the surface of old paint, glue, dust and old plaster. If the plaster is applied to a poorly absorbent surface, it is recommended to use a reinforcing mesh or make incisions on the surface, as well as use a heat-resistant primer. Highly absorbent surfaces must be pre-moistened with water. Loose and poorly structured surfaces should be reinforced with a heat-resistant primer. Not recommended for use on wooden, plastic or metal surfaces. The temperature of the surface to be treated should be between +5ºC and +20ºC. The product may thicken, but thorough mixing will restore its normal working consistency.
COVERAGE: Approximately 1 litre/0.5-1.5 m² if the layer thickness is 3-10 mm.
DRYING: The initial setting time of the plaster is 1-2 hours. Final hardening is determined within 24-48 hours, depending on the absorbency of the surface, the ambient temperature and the thickness of the applied layer. The treated surface can be exposed to high temperatures after 15-20 days.
STORAGE: Store in the original packaging at a temperature above 0ºC for approximately – see label. Do not allow to freeze. Stir thoroughly before use.
