THERMOPAINT heat-resistant thermal insulation +350°C
Excellent thermal insulation for walls, roofs, floors, building foundations, window frames, metal structures and for eliminating cold bridges. Recommended for thermal insulation of boiler rooms, hot and cold water systems, air conditioners, cisterns, tanks, etc. When applied to metal, it limits corrosion and prevents condensation. Heat resistance up to 350°С.
COMPOSITION AND APPLICATION: The product is intended for thermal insulation of surfaces exposed to temperatures up to 350°С. High temperature resistance is achieved thanks to a special heat-resistant binder and additives that protect the coating from degradation under the influence of high temperatures. The thermal insulation effect is achieved thanks to the ceramic microspheres in the composition, which have low thermal conductivity and high heat dissipation capacity.
Particularly suitable for concrete and mineral surfaces. Can also be used on metal surfaces if 3 or more coats are applied, allowing for drying between coats.
Before use, mix thoroughly with a low-speed mixer (up to 100 rpm). Mix at low speed to avoid breaking the microspheres. The product may thicken or separate, but thorough mixing will restore its normal working consistency.
Recommended for use as thermal insulation for boilers, heating boilers, hot technological surfaces, equipment and mechanisms to protect personnel from burns.
USE: The surface to be painted must be clean. Apply with a brush or other suitable tool. It is recommended to apply at least 3 coats, allowing each coat to dry (12 hours). If a highly absorbent surface is being treated, it must first be primed with STAFOR heat-resistant primer. Stir thoroughly before use.
CONSUMPTION: 1 litre is sufficient to cover 1-2 m² in 3 coats.
STORAGE: Protect from freezing. Store in a hermetically sealed container. Storage time – see packaging.
