Ordering goods
All prices include Value Added Tax. Delivery costs are not included in the price.
Select the desired item in the STAFOR online store and click on the “Add to basket” button.
Once you have placed the desired items in your shopping basket, click on the “Shopping basket” menu at the top of the page. If necessary, make changes to your shopping basket and confirm by clicking on the Buy button.
In the next step, please fill in your details, including your name, email address, telephone number and delivery address.
Next, specify the payment method.
You can add specific comments in the additional comments section.
Any order can be paid for by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or online banking.
Confirm your order by clicking on the “Order” button.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and our sales manager will contact you to confirm your order, advise you on the right product choice and inform you about the delivery time. The delivery cost is calculated individually for each order based on the delivery address and postcode.

Right of withdrawal
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal and this is not related to the conformity of the goods or services with the terms of the contract, you are responsible for covering the costs associated with returning the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Goods whose packaging has been opened or damaged.
- Goods that have been stored improperly.
- Goods with a remaining shelf life of less than 6 calendar months.
We guarantee the delivery of high-quality goods, tinted according to your chosen shade. Please note that the shade displayed on your screen or mobile device may not always match the actual shade. Therefore, we always recommend ordering color samples of the goods and choosing the color after trying them out.
You are responsible for storing and using the product in accordance with the Product Description and Safety Data Sheets, which can be obtained by writing to info@stafor.lv and indicating the order number.
